Tara Golf Cart Limited Vehicle Warranty (Applicable Globally)
Tara Golf Carts, sold by authorized Tara dealers, are warranted to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is subject to the following terms:

- The warranty begins on the date of purchase from an authorized dealer.
- The frame is covered under a lifetime warranty for defects in materials. This excludes non-frame components such as paint, suspension, and drive systems.
- Warranty for rental, taxi, or excessive use vehicles is limited to 6 months and must be registered as such.
- Wear parts such as windshields, tires, brake pads, and seats are excluded from this warranty.
Conditions:
- Non-transferable: This warranty is valid only for the original owner and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
- Authorized Repairs: Warranty repairs must be performed by an authorized Tara Golf Cart dealer or service center.

Void Warranty: The warranty is void if:
- The vehicle has been modified beyond manufacturer specifications, including speed adjustments.
- Routine maintenance was not performed as per the owner's manual.
- Non-approved parts or accessories were installed.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- Routine maintenance or normal wear and tear after 90 days.
- Cosmetic deterioration or damage caused by weather or environmental factors.
- Damage caused by accidents, vandalism, acts of nature, or improper use.
- Transportation costs or damages incurred during shipment.
Remedy:
The sole remedy under this warranty is the repair or replacement of any defective parts, at Tara Golf’s discretion. This warranty precludes any other claims or legal actions, including liability for personal injury or property damage.
