We’ve made it wider and lowered the center of gravity to prevent side falls. Additionally, two rear anti-roll safety wheels have been added to prevent tip-overs, ensuring stability on steep terrain and a safe, comfortable ride every time. With two-speed settings, the DM416 can handle any incline you might encounter on a golf course.

Durability

The DM416 features a fully enclosed control unit with the latest waterproofing technology. All electrical connections have been reinforced, particularly between the handle, control box, and battery plug, making the scooter highly durable and weatherproof. As an electric scooter, it requires no oil or grease, eliminating the need for regular maintenance. The integrated system and plug-and-play connection design allow for easy part replacement, minimizing the need for mechanic services. That’s why all our buggies come with a lightweight, waterproof Lithium LiFeO4 ION battery and charger, providing a range of up to 30 km on a full charge—more than enough for two rounds of golf. The battery can be charged on the buggy or easily removed for charging at home or your golf club.

Easy Transport

The DM416 is extremely car-friendly and simple to load into even small cars. Choose from four transport options:

1. Folding Ramps: Use two folding ramps to drive or push the buggy into your car using the throttle or a remote control (available free on request).
2. Towbar Platform Carrier (Optional): Attaches to your car’s hitch for easy loading via the folding ramp. The rack can stand upright when not in use ($699).
3. Towbar Hook Carrier (Optional): A new design allowing you to remove the seat and battery, making the scooter easier to mount on the carrier in just a few minutes ($499).
4. Dismantling: Break down the DM416 into smaller parts: front half (23kg), rear half (32kg), seat (10kg), and battery (13kg). This is ideal for holidays but less suitable for everyday transport.

Throttle Options

Our single-seat golf buggies offer two throttle choices:

• Pedal Throttle with Steering Wheel: For traditional control.
• T-Bar Handle Throttle: Inspired by motorbike-style handling, perfect for folding and loading into your car.
  You can test both options at our showroom before purchase. Additionally, a remote-control throttle is available for the round steering handle.

Versatility – Golf and Everyday Use

With two speed settings, the DM416 can also function as a mobility scooter, allowing you to drive it to your golf club, go shopping, or run errands. The automatic electric braking system ensures safety by engaging brakes when the throttle is released and holding the buggy steady on inclines.
